Viva Espania!

My sister just entered this competition in the local newspaper. She wrote a love poem (klick on the link and go to the bottom of page 8) about her soul mate David since it's Valentince Day comming up. The winner gets a trip to the spannish island of Mallorca. They got chosen to go on and the poem got published together with a fierce competition (NOT!) I am the biggest loser

FYI: I have now lost 4,9 kg (almost 11 lbs) in 3 weeks. Yes, you heard right, 3 weeks! That is my 5% mini goal already! I am really doing good in the gym and starting to feel like I am addicted to working out ;) Today I ran 4,5 km (3 miles) in 30 minutes and after that about 45 minutes of weight lifting. My jeans are already fitting alot better, but the biggest change is my self esteem and my energy level which is a lot higher. Way to go Jojo! Beach 2010, here I come!

Cousin fun

Jenny took care of Noah for us today so Bart and I could go to the mall. They are always playing so good together as you can see. Noah is pushing Milo around in the walking waggon and they are always trying to grabb eachothers toys. When they are together they are so good and content. So adorable!

Boys are so fun...

Noah is getting better every day. He is very proud as you can tell! Noah and Milo both has the rythm in their little body's, look how cute they are!

or at least with the help of my walker waggon. I just want to add that I am only 7,5 months old so ya'll should be proud of me!
