I am the biggest loser


FYI: I have now lost 4,9 kg (almost 11 lbs) in 3 weeks. Yes, you heard right, 3 weeks! That is my 5% mini goal already! I am really doing good in the gym and starting to feel like I am addicted to working out ;) Today I ran 4,5 km (3 miles) in 30 minutes and after that about 45 minutes of weight lifting. My jeans are already fitting alot better, but the biggest change is my self esteem and my energy level which is a lot higher. Way to go Jojo! Beach 2010, here I come!

OK I thought I was doing good running 3 miles in 30 minutes. I am going to have to kick it up a notch. I have lost 22 pounds in 7 weeks, but it is getting harder. Only down one this week. I think I've just about hit the end of losing weight.
